1. I am unable to create my account

2. I am not receiving an email to activate my account

Finally, make sure that your inbox has enough space to receive new emails. 3. I am not receiving an email to reset my password

4. I would like to change my email address
To change your email address, you need to delete your current account. You can then create a new account using the correct email address.
If you are using the mobile app, please go to “My Profile” > “Edit” > “Delete my account.”
If you are using the web version, please go to “My Account” > “Delete.”
